A good Saturday

I got up early Saturday morning and rode a bit in the neighborhood.  Following that, Jan and I went to the Farmer’s Market for apples and then went looking for Christmas presents for the grandson.

Every fall for the past five years or so, Jan and I visit the local church bazaars.  Wesley UMC was the first one of the season where Jan found a nice gift for someone.

By the end of the day we were ready to sit and enjoy a fire in the pit.

About rlhoover

A perspective on life and cycling in the Ozarks. I started serious cycling in 2008, after seeing my wife be on the bike for a few years. We have biked many places and hope to continue. I am no where near being a real good cyclist, but I have fun trying to improve. Who am I kidding? Me? Improve??

Only because the grandchildren will be here in three weeks or so. They will stay in Colorado at Christmas due to the eminent arrival of our third grandchild. So far, all goes well, but we continue to pray for a healthy momma and baby.
