Wet roads

The MS150 here in the Ozarks took place this weekend.  As you can tell from the photos, the climate did not cooperate at all.  We had rain both days.

The second crop of green beans and the peppers are coming along, but I removed the tomatoes.

The rain barrels are overflowing, now that we do not need the water...

We ended up with 2½ inches of rain for Saturday.

I can only wonder how the MS riders fared.  Perhaps the ride was cut short due to lightning.  Scott and Randy will be able to tell me tomorrow.

Stay happy,

About rlhoover

A perspective on life and cycling in the Ozarks. I started serious cycling in 2008, after seeing my wife be on the bike for a few years. We have biked many places and hope to continue. I am no where near being a real good cyclist, but I have fun trying to improve. Who am I kidding? Me? Improve??
